By accessing or using Outreach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Outreach is a SaaS platform for managing email outreach campaigns, leads, follow-ups, and sender accounts. Features include campaign management, email scheduling, template management, and analytics. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and features may change over time.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused time on a current billing period except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the service is operated. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
